The Escrow Process
The first three days of escrow are the most important days by far!
If you move fast and complete all lender items needed, it will set you up for a smooth second half of escrow and minimize stressors.
The first three days include:
Signing Initial Loan Disclosures: Day 1 or 2
Updating documents as needed: Day 2 or 3
Wire in the Initial Deposit: Day 1 to 3
Ordering Appraisal (done by lender): Day 3 or 4
Scheduling Home Inspections w/ realtor: Day 2 to 4
Completing Escrow’s Initial Package: Days 2 to 4
